some laws are just plain stupid, others are too strict, most are reasonable, and others are downright perfect. the BAC limit is too strict.

My uncle was killed by a drunk driver. Its a good law IMO. I dont understand how hard it is to not drink and drive, lol

Even if you live in BFE it is cheaper to call a cab. Anything is cheaper than the $10,000 it costs right off the top for a DUI. Enough lecturing already, you have heard enough i suppose. The crotch rocket thing was a good laugh, typical of the majority of those jerkoffs. Have seen it many times. The pool thing sucks pretty bad, but that guy was a real asshole about it.
