Sup folks!

I had plans of going this Sunday to West Virginia to trade a compact vehicle for another compact vehicle.

Unfortunately it looks like my brother is going up north with what was planned to be my tow vehicle.

Now to solve this pickle...

I'm considering enterprise/hertz for a pickup or van with towing capabilities. I would be able to return within the 24 hour period; however I don't know if any of them have an unlimited miles policy.

Maybe one of these shifty "executive" car rental places?

Anyone with a truck and trailer want to go to WV and back? I'm thinking $650

What would you guys do?

I am in need of a vehicle to tow a car hauler with a small car (<3k lbs) 400 miles each way to West Virginia.

If your brother is only going up north for the weekend. Another idea would be to rent a vehicle for your brother to take up north. Then use the vehicle that you planned to tow with. Have you considered taking a day off during the week and using original tow vehicle?

this, 99% of rental car laces dont have hitches on their trucks

This is very true, even if there is a hitch it will say in the agreement that you cannot tow. However the bigger rental companies like enterprise have lots that rent vans and different sized trucks that you could use for this.
