its a little late but me and fiveohcrazy have been building his F250 7.3L diesel into a repo truck. We picked the truck up from missouri and damn is this truck CLEAN. we've ran into our fair share of problems but this truck will be a bad hammer once we're done with it.

for when the boom extends the hydraulic lines dont just lay on the ground. it keeps the slack tight so that they dont drag or get caked with snow or mud or whatever...atleast thats what fiveohcrazy says lol

What kind of underlift is that ? I work for Zips truck equiptment in Taylor, we dont do many repo builds but service and stock parts for all manufactures.
you may want to consider reinforcing that frame as well., maybe plate it or try and box it.

we just gotta put the brackets on em. all the pipping is set and clamped just gotta secure the stacks, install the intake, and a few other small things.

The lift is a Hi-tec "Sneeker lift" with a Dynamic self loader attachment. (Nobody makes a lift this heavy duty)
