thats funny as hell....I wonder if I can get them to call me for that in my G6? Only one way to find out!

Call wasn't as funny as I was expecting, but still pretty epic IMO.
Sure there are other 700whp cars out there that are faster, but not many with french stitching, full leather, nice backseats, etc.

Why is that? Because Ford can't build a sedan that runs worth a fuck? Have you ever rode in a fast Sedan? They are pretty damn fun. :spank: I will give credit where it's due. The CTS-V is a pretty bad ass ride, as is the new Taurus SHO minus the price tag. CTS-V used can be had for well under $20,000 now. I don't see the SHO dropping that much in the price range. I bet you have a FORD tramp stamp followed by "FORD- 700HP 11 second pick up trucks YEAH".

Ya a 04 luxury sedan that goes 13s vs a brand new off the lot sedan that goes 13s. Is that really even a valid statement? The new v is for sure bad ass but how can u compare a used luxury vs. a brand new 4 door?? The damn sho just rolled out so of course its goin to be pricey.

I've been in one of those and it's pretty sweet. It was either that one or John's that went 185 at the Texas Mile. Lonestar is not a fast track at all, so I'd take any times produced there with a serious grain of salt. I watched a car of a friend of mine run down the track on Hoosiers and you could hear the thing still spinning all the way through the traps at 140. Scary. It's attached to Hennessey's shop so they can run whatever they want whenever they want with whatever rules they want.

Hennesy isn't advertising it as 700 WHP though, right? It's an estimated flywheel HP if memory serves. There was a forum post about it a while ago somewhere, where they explained they calculate drivetrain loss on their dyno when they let it spin down or something like that.
