Yeah, Ive been to a few stores with the clear lenses in their fluorescent fixtures and it definitely hurts your eyes if you look up.

For my preference the frosted are easier on the eyes.

I like to tell people clear for higher ceilings or more light. I've sold a lot of these and I've had people dry spray clear coat to semi frost the clears. I've also had guys hang them low and then electrical tape the side so you couldn't see the LEDs to make fornan extra bright work bench.

I have clear in my own garage and am installing clear in my shop.

I finally got 20 clears installed in my garage with Noboosts help and LOVE them.

Next is Aarons garage then I might need more for my Dads crib.
