Just sent payment. Sorry I was slacking on that. I've been insanely busy with working on our old house to get it listed. Working on signing docs for the listing and then heading back over there tonight still to finish some painting.

Can I have one of the street spots instead of in the lot? I've got 'for sale' signs in my car, wouldn't mind getting some exposure. If not no big deal, I doubt I could parallel park that tank anyways hahaha.

Shouldn't be an issue, street spots aren't technically ours i don't think(correct me if i'm wrong Nick), so we populated them with chairs last year i brought my pop up tent to occupy those and give us some shade to sit under so we didn't get random strangers parking there and blocking our view of cruisers. The spots towards the corner we parked cars in, i know Tony's dad was up there, and got a tone of attention.

We're bringing some water, some dogs, some buns, a big flat of cookies, and some of my wife's home-made ghost pepper jelly.
We're bringing a pop-up canopy too.
