Got it and marked you paid. basically there's room for more than 40 cars in the lot itself and then we have the 10 Street parking as well so actually we could fit more than 50 people. In the past those were owned by the city but a few years back the property owners were able to buy them and our lot owner did. Long story short your parking won't be any different than anyone else's it's just the way I break them down.
