Michigan still controls their destiny. Win out and go to the playoff. Iowa just totally screwed OSU.

So reviewing the game, there was some horrible mistakes on Michigans part. 10 men on the field for the final field goal and horrible play calling. THe officiating was it's normal bad but a good team will overcome that without shooting themselves in the foot. I personally think between this game and the last 2 it's become a little apparent that the team has let the media talk get to them. They didn't have heart yesterday till the 4th quarter and while that should have been enough time, playing in Iowa in a late game it all compounded to the loss you saw. The playoff picture is extremely cloudy. Based on the past 2 rankings it seems the committee seems to put the competition of your wins in higher esteem than the competition of your losses. That's how OSu gets in a couple years ago and how TA&M got in over an undefeated Washington in the first ranking this year. I think Um will sit at 5/6. OSU will be 2/3, Bama 1. outside of that, I'll be honest that I have no idea of a team that resoundingly looks like they should be in the top 4.

this, if penn state can find a way to beat rutgers and msu then osu cannot make the big championship game. i don't know if they would make the playoff even at 11-1 if they are not a conference champion.

GO BLUE!

Well I finally dropped one, and so did Michigan.

It's like Michigan saved all their misfortune for one game. So many bad penalties, dropped balls, missed opportunities. Hopefully this builds some character, because they are going to need it in a few weeks.

Well, now we know why he looked so terrible Saturday night. That really sucks.

This has to take Michigan's chances of beating Ohio State way down.

Okorn has a year under harbaugh and his performance this year when he's in has been good. Obviously it's a question, but a home game against Indiana as a warm up won't hurt anything and he's got 2 years of experience playing elsewhere. He won't get rattled by a big game environment like a true freshman would.
