Official College Football 2016 Thread

It's time for the predictions.

UM 12 - 1

vs Hawaii: W
vs UCF: W
vs Colrado: W
vs PSU: W
vs Wisconsin: W
at Rutgers: W (wouldn't be surprised if Harbaugh runs up the score on them or gives a firm handshake at the end after this last off season)
vs Illinois: W
at MSU: W
vs Maryland: W
at Iowa: W
vs Indiana: W
at OSU: L
Big Championship vs Iowa, maybe Indiana: W

Are we suppose to take this seriously when you don't know that Indiana is in the Eastern Division? I think UM finishes 9-3 and is rewarded with third place. I think MSU loses to Notre Dame and the OSU/MSU game decides the Big 10.

That was a joke. There's no one good in the west this year.

so you're saying osu wins the division?

in all seriousness you could at least wait untill after camp is over to make predictions on the season.

The only thing Camp will do is give injuries. For UM they will go into submarine mode like they did last year and nothing will come out till kick off of the first game. The only unknown on any of the 3 teams is UM's QB which to be honest I feel is John O'Korn. Even if it isn't, then Speight has done an amazing job and it won't change my predictions at all.

Is it O'Korn's turn to win the September Heisman?

Good to see the Economy is turning around. Even OSU grads can get jobs.

New Michigan Football uniforms have been leaked. I like it. I know it's a change from the old font, they are using NBA Bulls as the font. Colors are better than the highlighter yellow that Adidas used.

I'm surprised Michigan went with Jordan, instead of Nike or UA. When I think of anything Jordan branded, I think of overpriced shoes and people getting shot. Not the message I think U of M would want. And yes, I know Jordan is part of Nike.

Not really. Jordan is more than just basketball shoes. I'm wearing a pair of their running shoes right now. Athletes also don't segregate based on their proficient sport. Look how many videos there are of football players dunking or playing baseball. the Jordan brand is very big among athletes and has a huge draw for recruits. That was made apparent after the announcement came out about this.

And the season has begun! Green & White Days have started. Hopefully, another championship in the making.

the official AP preseason poll is out

1 bama
2 clemson
3 oklahoma
4. Florida State
5 LSU
6 Ohio state
7 Michigan
8 9 10 stanford, Notre Dame and Tenn

Michigan has been awarded the Sept heisman and the recruiting National Championship

Notre Dame may have given MSU a win they may not have won. Stupid players are stupid. Let's see if Kelly keeps them out of the game or not. I'd like to think he would, but who knows.
