Official College Football 2015 Thread!

It's a shame about Finley. Gone for the season with a broken leg that required surgery. I hope the NCAA gives him a redshirt.

All for the lack of a good snap...Good game by Indiana.

And I agree, I think the polls stay the same unless someone loses.

Hard to be #2 in the country. Everyone brings their best game. I was their today in the stands it should have never have been that close. Let' see how it goes this year, sure has been a lot more fun than 90-94 when I was there. Cook wins more games than any QB in Spartan history, Bridges just picked MSU so Izzo has one of his best classes coming in - another final 4? I really do not care about the polls, campus is electric right now and it is great to see the more green and white around town. Great to be a Spartan!

I disagree. Do you think Purdue played as hard as they did just because they were ranked 2? If anything teams were more invigorated by the knowledge that they were playing a blatantly over ranked team. It's week 5. If you're still having the same problems as week one, they aren't just a bad game it's a flaw that likely isn't getting fixed. Osu has obvious problems on offense. Msu on defense. Interestingly they both lost their coordinators in those spots. It's more likely teams are exploiting those weaknesses than playing up.

Sure hope OSU finds its stride soon.....A win is a win, but.....

It's a win only works for so long. Like um in 2012. It's funny watching the different teams response to the season so far. On eleven warriors the response is oh shit were in trouble, are way over ranked, and are going to lose in November. On rcmb it's like they live in a different bizzaro world where they have only proved more now than ever that they are the team to beat and Michigan stands no chance in a couple weeks. There's outliers in both camps with both extremes and sane logic, but it's obvious the bucks are more realistic with their situation and sparty is just living on last season. Michigan has the people who think we should be in the playoff discussion and honestly if we win out we should but I highly doubt we'll win out so there's no point in talking. We are still taking down at least msu or osu.

It'll be interesting these next few weeks, that's for sure. With the talent OSU has on offense, it's hard to imagine that they won't turn things around. NW will be a good challenge for UM, so that game should tell us a lot about how far UM has come. OSU has MSU and UM on consecutive weekends....That's a pretty daunting task to beat both of those teams.

Damn...I had to delete a perfectly good "By God we're Michigan" post. You treed me with your last gracious response...

I believe teams play up for big games and great teams sometimes do not take their opponents all that seriously. I call them upsets - think 1990. Great programs will have coordinators leave and become head coaches. They must adjust, I think Dantonio will do just that.
