Official College Football 2015 Thread!

I'm always faithfully optimistic. In reality, I think they will split it.

I agree that they could.....I just hope that they don't pick the OSU game to put it all together.....I lived the Cooper era, so I never get cocky about THE GAME.

That said, this is my favorite time of the year, and I'd say we're (the big 3 here) lucky that our teams look to be highly competitive again this year. #1, #5, and UM with a ton of upside.....it oughta be a great year....

MSU safety out this weekend due to getting a dui. Not going to have an impact as the secondary sucks for msu and Oregon looked like they shouldn't even be ranked at this point.

Jim probably still hasn't woken up from passing out at the end of the first half. Somebody go tell him it's OK, they won

My predictions for this season.

Fuck Swifster. Go Blue.

vs. Utah: L
vs. Oregon State: W
vs. UNLV W
vs. BYU W
vs. MD W
vs. NW W
vs. MSU L
vs. Minn W
vs. Rutgers W
vs. Indiana W
vs PSU L
vs OSU L

So I was probably way too optimistic with these predictions. After watching Michigan and then other elite teams (MSU, OSU) you can really see wide the talent gap is between the programs. I have to remember it took Harbaugh 4 seasons to get things going at Stanford:

(Harbaugh's records at Stanford)

4-8
5-7
8-5
12-1

Hopefully he can do a little better in the 3rd year.

....

I only watched the first quarter, then had to take off....When I got back to the game, it was almost over, so I missed the bad part. They've got work to do, but looked really good at times. Braxton was once again The Man! Great to see him back on the field making big plays.

I think Braxton is a good kid who's been given a tough hand to deal with. 2 years ago, he was as on top of the OSU world as anybody could be and he gets hurt and ends up looking at third string. Glad to see him taking on the challenge. Hope he has 10 more great games and one shitty game at the end of Nov

I think U of M will be 7-5/8-4 this year...MSU will be 10-2 and OSU 12-0.

OSU beat a decent team without a few of their key players... MSU didn't impress me against WMU but still better than us for now....I think if Harbaugh can get U of M to 8-4, I will consider this a decent first step.

I wouldnt expect that. That was a well coached Brady Hoke team. Talent just isnt there, and what is there is 2 years behind of where they should be.

AP poll is out Bama leapfrogged TCU to be number 2

'SEC set a new record 10 teams ranked, Including the entire SEC west

Just some Alabama nut hugging. TCU beating Minnesota isn't necessarily bad considering a few are picking them to win the West.

hey ill take what I can get, I really dont see a undefeated team coming out of the SEC, a team will make the playoffs from the SEC but they wont be undefeated, with OSU and their cupcake schedule (only difficult game is MSU at home) their ticket is pretty much punched, come on sparty
