Official College Football 2015 Thread!

And you wonder why you have no friends.

By the Evans was academically eligible. He played in the Purdue game.

But I thought MSU didn't flip commits from other schools? Did you miss the part that was bolded... in red... where it said "Michigan State was strongly involved with Evans for many months and had secured several visits from him while he was a Wisconsin pledge."

?

Michigan State is making a late push to flip the Dowell twins from Kentucky. Yeah... MSU does flip other schools recruits.

everyone flips recuits.

michigan is flipping guys because they got such a late start due to the coaching change and most players have already made their choice. so most of the guys they are targeting are committed elsewhere. its not a big deal

Swiffy seems to think MSU is "above" that... Yet they have been doing it for years.

Harbaugh is a special case because he came from the pros so he wasn't doing any recruiting, but generally you have all this time invested in recruiting a guy. When he says he "commits" somewhere else but keeps answering your calls it tells you how much his commitment is worth.

Nebraska ended up with a few Oregon State commitments. Guys that wanted to play for the coach and followed him in their commitment when he switched jobs. Some kids commit to a school, some commit to a coach, but no one really commits to shit until national signing day.

stop making logical statements!

Pretty sure he was a 2016 class recruit. As for should we care? Probably not. He was on board till he spoke with Harbaugh, so either he feels he can't cut it with Harbaugh or Harbaugh called him stupid.

guess who was quick to drop in on him?

wait for it

We'll gladly take the players Michigan's coaching staff calls stupid, LOL. (I'm assuming that was a reference to the story about the kid from Omaha)

TE Chris Clark to UCLA...

I'm not worried about stars and rankings, but it is nice to see that MSU's is getting compliments on their class.
