Official College Football 2015 Thread!

If you would have told me that MSU was going to play the entire game with 2 backup QB's, have a missed field goal and 2 turnovers result in OSU TD's I would have bet my house the result would be a loss. Unreal game and an amazing defensive effort.

At least now they control their own destiny.

I kinda wonder how many random donations they get for this exact reason lol. Do the donations go through the roof after a huge upset?

I bet a LOT of non-profits rake in the dough every week during the football season (or special events like the World Series, the NCAA Tournament, etc.).

Apparently LSU is about to "make an announcement" regarding Les Miles. Speculation that he is gone and it's not his decision. That's mind boggling.

why? He has one one championship (lets be honest thats Sabians ring) other than that hes been close Close doesnt cut it in the SEC

hes lost 3 games in a row, They arent even the Number 2 team in the SEC west, havent beat bama since 2011,
Last time they lost 3 games in a row was 1999

Only thing that might save his ass LSU is broke and he would be due 15 million on a buy out

LOL, the team was ranked #2 in the country three weeks ago. Now they want Miles out?

You can say "close doesn't cut it in the SEC" but he's 110-32 career at LSU. He's won a National Championship. He's 6-4 in bowl games. He's won 10+ games in something like 7 of his 10? years there?

It's ridiculous to run him out of there because.... Who are you going to get that's better than him? Good luck. Lemme guess, Lane Kiffin?

Les Miles, will be gone, By Jan 1

Urban Meyer has 1 year till he will retire for health reasons again (unless Texas throws a fuckton of cash at him this year)

110-32 in 11 years with a 6-4 bowl record is considered a bad coach in the SEC.

shit if Saban went 8-4 next year they would want him gone

Bring him here and let him eat grass as an assistant. Be the offensive version of Mattison. in the background but a wealth of knowledge.

My predictions for this season.

vs. Utah: L
vs. Oregon State: W
vs. UNLV W
vs. BYU W
vs. MD W
vs. NW W
vs. MSU L
vs. Minn W
vs. Rutgers W
vs. Indiana W
vs PSU L
vs OSU L

Finally wrong with a prediction. I just hope I'm wrong again this week! Go BLUE!

The Poll that matters is out
1 Clemson
2 Alabama
3 Oklahoma
4 Iowa
5 MSU
6 Notre Dame
7 Baylor
8 OSU
9Stanford
10 Michigan

Penn State only scared me because it was a road game. Franklin is a horrible coach. I would love to see MSU lose, but give it less than 5%. Though no one expected Nebraska to win.
