***OFFICIAL*** 2011 Motown Muscle calendar thread & photo contest

Okay, here's the announcement thread for the first annual Motown Muscle calendar. I've done a head count and it sounds like theres enough interest. We've talked about this in the past so here we go! :)


Cost
------------------------------------------
If we have an order of 20 calendars or more, the cost after I pay for them to be made + tax + shipping will be $12 each. If you order in multiples, I will see what I can do to save you on shipping.



When should pics be submitted by?
------------------------------------------
I would like to have all pictures submitted by November 13th. I will then post all the pictures in a thread where we will have it come to a vote on which pictures make the calendar. There will be 13-15 photos used.



How do I submit pics?
------------------------------------------
First, make sure its a high enough resolution that it will print fine. Typically if it's around 1280x1024 it will be perfect.

Second, email them to me:

Be sure to include the picture(s) and your Motown Muscle screen name...



When does voting begin?

I will begin voting the day after the submissions deadline. I will put voting up for 1-week.



When will I have my calendar?
------------------------------------------
It will be shipped and at your door step by Christmas.


Sponsors
------------------------------------------
Sponsors will have their logo in the calendar. Sponsors - if you have a clean graphic of your logo, send it too me in the same fashion everyone else is submitting photos of their submissions.




Now let's do this. I don't know about you, but I'm sick of these crappy auto parts stores calendars I end up with every year, lol.

Yes, anyone from Motown Muscle can submit.



Be sure to include who you are in the email so you can get credit for your pics.
 
Here's the best part... It doesn't have to be a complete car - sometimes people have some badass shots of their projects they're building and working on... So those work as well :)
 
Kevin, I will get you all of the sponsor logo's. I have a copy of them from when we had the t-shirts made. ;) You will only have to make sure any new ones added since the T-shirts earlier this year are also included. That should be about 3 or 4 if I remember correctly.

Another tip: Group shots. Got any cool pics from the Woodward lot or any of the club races/track days? Those would be nice as well.....

Sent you the 32 logo's I had for the shirts.

I propose a group f-body shot....since there's so few of us on the board. :)
Now that sounds interested. Dang, we could've taken some last weekend at Ryan's going away party since we both had our cars there. ;)
 
Hmmm, maybe if I can clean up my car tomorrow we can take some pics at the Cider Mill Cruise this weekend. Should be able to get some individual and group shots if we're lucky.
