Not that I care...since it's all in good fun....but judging by the pictures and my lack of a short term memory - we were going the same speed coming out of that last corner. Yes I left the track and returned earlier. However, that's a slow corner and it doesn't take long to get back up to 50-60 mph. Had I slowed down to alter my line, then yes you would have passed me. But, I had 3/4 a car lead and there was no way you were going to beat me to the line without the PIT - which is what I meant by 'no daylight'.


Oh well....retribution will come! :D

I thought you meant daylight where there wasn't any in the area I made the pass when you and Black VR came back on the track. I had aparature and shutter speed set to make cars distinguishable in a lot of those and not for artsy pictures. After you knocked me sideways into the grass as is seen in the pictures you had a pretty good run to my left.

Shaun's car tells the whole story on how much you knocked me sideways coming out of the last corner. Look how much ground he gained there.

Retribution? You initiated the contact, I just finished it.
 
I do still have it. Holly will be over so I might not gift it until tomorrow night but you can definitely have it. You and BlackVR were duking it out pretty good the whole race from my view. I'm surprised you didn't save it.
 
Still on my small hard drive. Need to borrow someone's transfer kit....or go buy one. :lol:

Is it a USB to Sata converter? I've never pulled my hard drive apart.
 
Just did some practice, and clicked off a horrid 1:43.3 at Leguna. For some reason, I get hung up on the backside of the track.

So, when turn 10 does a contest, such as the Hyundai photo contest, enter it in some half assed way at minimum. I got 150,000 credits, I pushed A before reading the whole thing and it went away after the credits were downloaded but it said something about participating in something and that is the only thing I have done. So, free stuff, even if you lose. I was also gifted a Camaro SS and some race car, not sure if they were related, was anyone else gifted these cars?
 
The Camaro was a 10 Camaro with a terrible paint job. The race car was a #25 Lexus just as it is in the game, but free. 600,000 credits to buy it in game. I imagine everyone got those too, or at least all LE owners?
 
It says in the article announcing the winners that they would have a consolation prize awaiting the winners, so that is definitely where the money, and possibly the cars too, came from. Although you would think they would have gifted hyundais for the hyundai contest?

Did you gift me the Lexus? I got one tonight and was like, what the hell?
 
No, apparently Turn 10 sent you one too. I sold it, 300k in the bank. I already have one that I won doing my career and it is even 1 PI higher.
