 Milk was a bad choice.

Cool pictures. Thanks Em! :rockwoot:

Nice. I went to a motorcycle safety foundation instructors course years ago in Delaware (near Philadelphia). I decided to go see some ships.

Like a lot of things (i.e. top fuel and funny cars), I had less appreciation for how badass they are watching them on TV. When I seen the ships up close, I was like ... Holy shit!

why was the one boat sprayin its waters cannons for nuttin?

Thats FDNY. You know how they are with their hoses  Its just to signal the beginning and end of the procession.

I'm going to try and get a tour of one this weekend. The news promised demonstrations of "amphibious attacks"...which sound sooo much more exciting than shopping with friends

Damn, I wish I could have gone home with you.

 Yes I could've done with your help this afternoon actually.

Carriers are a sight to be seen. We used to tie up to them to onload/offload wepons. My boat was just over 200 feet and felt like is was a rowboat. IF anyone ever gets the chance to hit up the tour ship/boat it is a great experience. Groton, Ct and Chicago has the Sub's. Panama city, Fl has a carrer that from time to time alows people to go for a ride.
