nutcha switch?

friend has a 91 tempo and had a no start condition. she took it in and they "re-hit nutcha switch" shes having the same problem again and im assuming the switch has been set off again. wtf is the nutcha switch? is that another name for the inertia switch?
and does anyone know where it is on this car?

tow truck drivers used to "bump" fords to set the switch. Then they would set in the lot and wait for the phone call for a tow
