Alright folks, I gotta get some new rear meats for the turd. I currently have bald E/T Streets out back and the tires have hooked up decently well. I'm going to be primarily street cruising with maybe one or two trips to the track. With that said, which tire would give me decent traction and tire wear? I'm open to other drag radial suggestions if anyone has 'em as well.

Also, for pricing, would one of our Belle Tire sponsors be my best bet? Thanks in advance for any guidance!

I'd go with the new mickey thompson drag radials.
3743R P275/40R17 26 X 11.50R17 I've heard they wear out a little bit faster then the BFG's or nittos on the street but they hook much better.

If one of the sponsors can't hook you up I always check with them first. For a kind of local company Mccormack racing Always has very competitive pricing. Usually has a pretty good selection in stock as well.

Yeah, there will be a lot of street time in the car as it's going to be a nice-weather/weekend cruiser primarily.

Thanks for the feedback thus far.
