noob engine building question......dont haze me! haha

just got my new push rod checker.today i will push to get everything ready to check PTV and push rod length this weekend. if everything looks good, i should have an assembled long block by this weekend.

big thanks for everyone's advice. i hope to see everyone out this season and have some good times.
 
Just for sanity you may want to call the tech line for AFR or the cam manufacturer. They generally know what will work with what. They might give you that secondary assurence that you eithier do or don't have an issue. Good luck!

Every cam and head company i know will tell you to measure because there is no possible way for them to be sure. i doubt anyone of them would even attempt to give out info like that so they dont have a pissed off customer later saying "well you told me this would work!". just sayen.
