Nodular iron vs billet steel flywheel?

So I'm getting a new clutch soon and I'm trying to get something that will stand up to serious abuse (5k launches). I have a 26 spline input shaft and I'm limited in my options. The level of clutch I'm looking at calls for a billet flywheel. I'm just curious as to whether it is absolutely necessary for a 300-400rwhp car.

Go aluminum, it will help the engine rev quicker.

I've heard some low end grunt is lost as well. 456s should counter that though? I may end up going with a billet steel piece just for affordability sake.
