no spark

well i have a 94 camaro 383,i have amsd 6al msd blaster i can trigger a spark manualy by removing the coil wire from the opti placing it near ground then grounding the white trigger wire just replaced ignition controll module still nothing help
 
IS the pcm plugged in and does it have power ? the ICM on that car is essentially just a Ignition amplifier.

yes went and made sure all plugs were in i did have a alarm removedbut it started after that took a couple trys i have no idea
 
I can look at it. We have our own tow truck. I would want $50 to pick it up and a $79 Diagnostic charge. Just being up front here. My geuss is it could be either opti trouble or a problem with the PCM. It would be very difficult for me to walk you thorugh diagnosing the problem without you having good knowledge of electronics and the ability to execute the testing.

If you want us to look at it I am sure we can correct the problem you have. I also realize time are tough and not everyone can afford to have everything proffesionally repaired. If you can find someone with the skills to collect the diagnostic info I am sure I can help.

This is good advice. Tearing out an opti to find out it's not the problem is FTL. I'd pay the man and get it diagnosed correctly at least.
