No School For Me Tomorrow

I don't know how often you check your school email but they sent out an email earlier this morning saying the campus was closed until at least Tuesday. It's been on the OU website since before then too.

Does OU have something saying you can't carry on campus? Law says it's just dorm buildings and classrooms (litterally the room, hallways are fine) Everywhere else, unless OU says so, is legal.
 
Yeah I know, just wanted to bitch about how fucked up some people are.

I was under the impression that a school campus was a no carry zone.

I agree. With OU being a commuter school it does make it a little better. For someone who lives in the dorm, the only thing they could (legally) do is leave the gun in their car though which obviously doesn't work.

I have my last class ever on Thursday there. I've been going there for 7 years. I have 168 credits now, 172 after Thursday. I switched majors so many times I figured I'd just get a few of them and take my time doing so...it just never bothered me I was there for so long. If this is any indication as to where things are going with this school and colleges in general, I don't mind leaving so much anymore. I'm more sad about that than anything. And on that note, I'll return to my CCW thread.
