NO more GTrackd02... It's dead... totaled....

where is the car? DO NOT LET THE INSURANCE COMPANY MOVE IT TO THEIR LOT, if its still at a body shop or tow yard its costing the insurance company money till they settle, get on ebay, traderonline.com and such find what cars like your are selling for, refuse their first offer they will low ball you bad

didnt they write 5,000 on it and say it was close? so they are saying car is worth 6,000 ish depending on insurance company and total threshold, I would not Take less than 6500.00 from them

Thats a bad move, you will get charged with the excess storage if you delay the process

They offered 8700..... so ill get just over 8200....
But my friends 99 with more miles and less options go thim 9600 3 months ago.....
And yeah its at a dealership still....

8200 is not bad counter with 7k and you get to keep the car free of all debts (ie they pay tow and storage bill)

WRONG Its your car until the insurance buys it from you have the car towed to your house if needed

Actually it is very possible for them to charge you for it after an offer has been made. Having it towed to your home would be fine as no storage charges would occur but the tow would likely be the insured's responsibility. Look at your policy under "Mitigation"

Hmmmmm remember when we raced and neither one of us had 2nd gear. Ahhhhhh thoses were the days!!!! I say part it out,i need the quarter panel hehehehe
