Nitrous Tip #1

Larry, is the bottle warmer wired up? If it is, you'll have plenty of pressure even with 5-6lbs in the bottle. ;)

Hotrod didn't have the piece I needed so I will do without a blowdown for right now

Hey. Andy said in another post that That warmer/pressure switch wouldn't work under a certain pressure and over 1050. Is that true. I have always read that it only has a high cutoff
 
I only remember it having a high cutoff temp. There wouldn't be a need for a low cutoff though. If the bottle isn't getting to the 1050psi range then all you're doing is wasting electricity realy.

What wheels and tires are you running out back?

he thought it had the low side incase someone forgot to open the bottle it wouldn't turn on

just the nitto's
gonna try like 3rd gear to make sure everything works good. Will put the 16 et's for some lower gear fun
 
Those should be fine for roll test. They might light up a little under 45mph but don't worry about it. :D

I agree, a engine 2 times the size with a car that is only 1/4-1/3 more the weight should be able to win. Its sad if you do have to spray it to win.

is it? he's got five times more $$ invested in mods than i do. i just have a mustang with bolts-ons and a 125 shot. 12.3's are pretty standard with that setup. his car SHOULD be in the mid to high 11's. whats sad about any of that? :dontknow:
