so my cuz is a Nissan guy and we did this engine swap to a different engine. it entailed of sending the harness and ecu from the new engine to Florida and have them build it and tune the ecu to run in his car.
got it all done friday but heres the issue.
We start it after putting the battery cables on, she starts up for about 10 seconds and dies. it wont restart either unless you reset the ecu over night. when you pull the keys out of it after making an attempt at restarting it all the dash lights will stay on and lit.
i think the key needs to be reprogrammed and the car thinks its being stolen.
any ideas? the dash lights staying on with the key out feels like the tell tale for me.
