Some company put this vid together to recap his last race of the year at Crandon, WI. It was a good year with 3 podium finishes. His class is SRT 1600 Buggy.

if you dont mind me asking what's it cost to race in that series ?? It's my life dream to race a trophy truck.. but those are preatty damn close

You should have seen the Pro 4's tear up that track sunday in the Borg Warner Shootout. First turn was a MESS. 5-6 trucks were exited from the race in 1 friggin turn...haha. It looked horrible but nobody was hurt bad.

Cost is relative. Travel is probably his biggest cost. 2 diesel trucks pulling a camper and race trailer. Last summer's $5 diesel fuel was NOT cool. Entry fee is probably 100-200+ crew fees. You pay for a pit space also, 2 if you want some elbow room. You can probably find these buggies for 10-20K. The slower class would be cheaper and the Super Buggy class would get a lot pricier. Instead of "stock" VW engines, they run Honda, Toyota, etc Inline 4cyls that make 200+hp.

Starting in a Pro truck would probably be a bad idea... haha Start small! These guys have just as much fun rubbing tires at 80mph as the truck do rubbing fenders at 100mph.
