I'm the new guy. I have been reading the forums for some time now and figured I would make it official. Been mainly a truck guy for the better part of my short life because I didn't want to pay for the insurance for a mustang and couldn't imagine a good image of launching my boat with one either. So I finally bought one end of last year and got it out of storage yesterday.
I have always been crazy about cars and have worked on many, my dad has taught me tons, I grew up spending most of my days out in his barn with a car on the lift or one in our body shop. For some reason he never wanted to get into the motors, always said theres too much electronics and its not like the old days. When he was my age he bought a '72 cuda (which he still has). He tells me how he could beat every one in town except 1. So since he won't help me I'll be looking for lots of advice for my car.
I'll be graduating from Kettering University(GMI) this summer with a mechanical engineering degree. I have been interning at TRW Automotive since 2007. And currently work in the Vehicle Development area.
