I think I have a L shaped bracket for the Vac tank I used at one point, I will look. The water pump you want to mount it low under the frame rail so it gets a good supply of water and doesn't lose a prime.

that sounds like a good idea I just used the stock radiator the one I am going to use will be about half the size
I have been meaning to call you just been super busy with work and all and if I remember you start work at a mid day time . I will call you after x mas or new years
