Sonic. im rebuilding my LS1 to drop in here. this is my fourth camaro but my first third gen ive done 3 other 94s you can see the stats in my sig. did many swaps i really liked my LT1 but i dont have the money for a delteq system and im tired of dealing with the optijunk. so im thinking either a baby cammed LS1/5.3 in her with a 4l80e. or a nice carbed 383 stroker (OLD SCHOOL STYLE) im thinking the ls1 cause i dont have to worry about the weather effecting how my motor runs as much as a carb would







and the black srt4 is a car that i was stationed with in North Carolina and he is now im Cali. in about 4 months thatll be about a low 12 second car trapping in the mid 130s. lol FWD :( :( :( :(
 
the snow doesnt bother me. i figure when i go and drive itll be like having a snow plow since the car sits soo low ill be helping the county plow trucks.

See anything over 6 inches and im making their jobs easier cause this is the only car i have. im trying to find a k5 blazer or a Toyota to get for under a grand the will pass inspect or whatever you guys have out there. lol




and to the truck its a 68 short bed. with a 468 bbc th400 RMVB. ford 9 456 spool complete frame off. resto. up for sale 10k as it sits no rust at all. and all the wires on the motor or hidden (me and my dad have many many many hours in the wiring of the truck) should put down every bit of 500hp to the wheels. we hope.



and sonic z again------ do you have any tubular suspen parts for our carS??
 
hahaha. yea i just need to get something to get me around town whenever the snow gets a lil rough. ive drove in snow in my 94 for a while so im not worried about it and the place i found it 1.2 miles away from my base so worse case i can just walk or ride a bicycle.
 
All I have left to sell for our cars is an upper and lower(brand new from dealer) fan shroud for a motor that runs a flex fan or clutch fan.Not electric.Those have a differnt shroud.And i have a set of stock V8 motor mounts.All my tubular and suspension parts came from Spohn(mostly)

Nice car, Welcome!!!!!!!! But Id have to bet you wont be able to ride a pedal bike in Western michigan lake-effect snow!!!!!!!! Just buy a turd when you get here, they are all over up there! No inspections, no cats, no bullshit!

hey what branch are you? and dont worry, the west side of the state is amazing in the summer, but you will most likely need a different ride for the winter, the winters are brutal out there on that side.
 
Welcome another Camaro to Motown! Nice Hopster wheels on your car. I had those on my 78' T/A when I had it. You can find a winter beater pretty easy when the time comes. Just keep your eyes open. It'll make it a lot easier once the snow flies. West side of the state gets a lot of lake effect snow.

LOL...thanks. Actually they are very reasonably priced items.Every year for the last 5 years Id buy a couple pieces and kept adding on till I was where wanted to be(suspension wise).I do street drive it too.Not much any more though.Have you gone to their website? Alot of cool stuff for our cars. Only I dont like their K-members and rear anti-roll bar. Mine are AJE and BMR.
 
yea i looked at spohn, umi, bmr, lakewood. and a few non named and the comp i like the most would have to be umi. i lived about 30 minute from them in md they were in pa and i met the guys that owned it a few times and they were good freaking guys.
