Oh well the other trucks that are in that category are selling them for that much. :lol: Yea other trucks in that cateogry are actually worth buying. :ohwell: Now you know why vehicles are so expensive, not because they are worth that much, just because they think they are 'good enough' to sell them for that much. So sad.

Hey calm down, are you taking roids also? ;) :lol: I was just messing with you. I just see the stuff first hand. Dont get mad at me. I am not happy about it either its my job that is gonna get screwed because our product is getting terrible :( I wish you could see it also. I am sure everyone at other companies have the same problems as we do. :dontknow: Its just disturbing that for a front and rear axle and rims/tires makes the price tag shoot up $10,000+ :dontknow: :icon_eek: This is what makes no sense to me. :( You should see the new Focus, well so far I cant believe it, but oh well. (plus I am contract ;) :lol:)

I can tell you why I bash this place in 2 reasons:

1 I'm agency, which means ford could careless about me. So in return I don't care about them. People tell me here I should buy Ford, well when they give agency A plan and some of the perks that salary and hourly get I will buy a ford product.

2 THe only ford product I would ever consider buying is the Grand Marq. The rest are shit IMO.

I don't give a shit if you are contract or not. Ford hired your company. Just think promoting a Ford may save a job.............................. that might be yours.

It's easy to kick something while it's down. It's harder to help pick that something up.
 
I totally agree w/ trunk, i shake my head everytime that my father-in-law buys a ford because he's a gm retiree, i just dont get it, you should support who gives you your paycheck

I love the salary people that bitch about only getting cost of living raises(3%). At least you have gotten something in the last 5 years and not taken a pay cut.

Seriously, if ford wants to sell vehicles. Open A plan up to agency also, might sell a few vehicles. That would be to easy.

I know where SSunset is comming form, I am also contract to Ford and yes we are treated different from the "ford" employees. Its a very weird would here especially since all the "Ford" employees are leaving and being replaced by Green stripes.
 
Hey, diversity guys?! Come on, didnt you get donuts and cider today? :rolleyes: I am just telling you what I know about the trucks. I like Ford at times, and I hate them at times, no one loves their job all the time. Yea salesmen are the scum, I cant argue with that, no one likes them. That was pretty funny :lol: Anyway, oh well the sales will tell. Its just disgusting on what our vehicles are turning out to be. :(
