His Mom and Dad were dropped off in the woods near a co-workers sons house. They posted pictures, checked the local vets and shelters for the owners but nobody came forward. When they took them in for a check up they found out she was pregnant and he had some sort of kidney or stomach problems. The father ended up dying and she had 10 pups of which 8 lived.
I told my Mom the story and since my stepfather just retired she decided they need another Lab (they have a Yellow now). So now they have Bubba! He is a fat little Chocolate Lab. Should make a good little buddy for their current Yellow.
