it doesn't get fired like a pistol.. the brace is easy to shoot from shoulder. the only time my arm was in that thing was to show how it got approval lol.

Is there an ATF ruling on it yet?

On the brace yes. It saying putting the brace on your gun does not make it a nfa weapon. So since it doesn't change the classification of the firearm, its same as putting the buffer to your shoulder.
