new pistol

just got my gun in i ordered last week.. took it to cqt went though 6 mags no problem. im happy with it. it might be my new fav for the range.

So basically just a Pistol AR 5.56 with 7.5in barrel
Sig's new arm brace makes it alot more fun.

And it must be registered as a pistol.

I find it pretty easy to fire mine from the shoulder using just the buffer tube, but I have short arms.

this makes it ALOT easier especially when you start shooting fast. the gun doesn't bounce as much so its alot easier to stay on target when you unload the mag in 5 secs.

my buddy thought it was a lil uncomfortable but hes 6'3 and long arms.. im 6'0 with normal size arms lol it was awkward the first few shots but now i like it.

if we could have sbr's with out a class 3 i would apply.
 
i knew a short barrel ar was going to be loud.. but this gun is louder then my buddys drd .308 with no break on it. we were both at the range yesterday and everytime we shot everyone else just stopped lol

They do bark like crazy. The one I had was a 10" bbl. I don't think I'd want to go much shorter.

I could see it stablizing it if your holding it like a pistol, but I only ever shot mine like a rifle. Their only real advantage is able to keep a loaded rifle in the car in a round about way. I never really saw a need for it so I unloaded mine. They're fun to play with though.

it doesn't get fired like a pistol.. the brace is easy to shoot from shoulder. the only time my arm was in that thing was to show how it got approval lol.
 
7.5in 5.56 is pretty useless in a real world. but for the price i got this gun for i couldn't pass it up. i plan on getting a 300 blk upper in 8in later.
