You can do it but it just takes time. Even on a small budget doing a little bit here and there will eventually add up. Some of the people on here have put many years into thier cars. I wish I could afford to do everything at once but I can't. I just save up until I can afford the next part i'm after. Save up and look for deals! :cheers:

just on motor with just cai exhaust and tune i was running 15's flat touching high 14's so should be mid to high 13's now

I thought you said a vector tune also.
 
when i first got my car i had a vector tune on it but for about 80% of the time its been a tune by sb tuning. i think just the way i worded that above sounded like it
