new mustang rearend noise

Hi guys, I'm new here.
I just bought a used 2003 mustang and it's got a grinding sortof sound from the back of the car. The lady I bought it from said that the rearend bearings were bad.
She didn't try to hide the problem and gave me a good deal on the car. I like the car and figured it wouldn't be THAT expensive to fix so where is the best shop on the east side to have the rearend fixed?

I also think the car needs a clutch and was looking around here and it seems like the "zoom" clutches are really popular. Are they good clutches for these cars?

I think the Zoom are ok and the Center Force Dual Friction clutches or Spec Clutches are even better. If you need someone to install the Clutch for you let me know :)
