Sean they are $350 with the lower arms, and yes you need the arms because the new brackets take a different rear width and bolt size!

Kewl. Bit more then I thought. didn't realize the arms needed to be changed. Not a bad price for the arms and brackets though. I will keep those in mine on the next build I do.
