new here - my first mustang gts

Nice and clean for the age it looks like!

I will add my two cents:

Wheels: Go with the FR500's. 17 or 18 your choice. ( I had 17x10.5 and 17x9 up front)

Suspension: I had some Eibachs and enjoyed the ride quality on the street as well as the price. Lower 2 inches or so id say...

Gear: With a 5 spd i would say go with a 3.73. It will wake it up a little but still get you 'ok' gas mileage and what not when your not getting on it all the time.



Anywho, congrats on the purchase!

The dead give-away that you have a GTS is the crank windows. No other V8 Mustang could be had that way EXCEPT a Cobra R. Now I wish I had one of those!

its a mustang, im sure you have. but im still doubting it when everything was an option. far as the seats, im sure they did all have the harness. but like it states on that page, it claims all gts's came with the 4-way power seats. which is not true is what i am saying. i never said anything about the harness.

One of us is confused. How could you order a GTS with a COBRA spoiler when you could not order a GT with a Cobra spoiler, only a GT spoiler. In 1995 Cobra spoilers came on..... Cobras.

Just sayin'.
 
that may be true. i just remember reading it somewhere. even if i did, it could be false info. ive seen more false info being posted about this car then ive seen for any other car. ill have to see if i can find that page anyways.


also, im guessing the aode tranny was the auto and the t5 was the 5 speed?
 
Nice mustang... there Is a ton of resources and experence here. you should not have any problams finding what you need.
