so im new here. i looked for a newb section but did not see one. ive stopped by the site a couple times over the years but never felt any need to sign up. im originally from xceedspeed and have been a member there for many years. my first car was a 92 pontiac firebird that was red with the 305, tho it was actually my parents. i consider it to be my first being that i was really the only one that drove it for 3 years. it was a nice clean car. my first real car was just a 96 grand am with the 2.4... yea ill never own one of those again. since then ive had many many different hondas. being why ive been on xceed, not here.
anyways, i sold my last civic about a week ago now. the plan was to just get something with 4x4, untill this came along. its a 95 mustang gts, 5 speed manual in excellent shape. my girls mother has had this car since 96. she baught it with around 30k on it. she was the second owner. ive been with my girl for about 5 years now and i offered to buy it from her mom a couple years back, however she would not sell. finally she decided to go out and buy a new car and offered this to me for first dibs. she told me she was in no hurry to sell it and would hold it for me, which she did. being driven by an older/mid age women and never ever beaten on is a thumbs up. finally i sold my civic and went and picked it up the same day. i gave it a good wash today and i am amazed how clean it is. i could not even find 1 ding. all i could find is a couple small rock chips. just after i washed it i pulled off at a grocery store which the only place around with an empty parking lot to take some pics for the first time. the car is still wet in the pics, which is what that streaking is on the sides. let me know what you guys think.
