hey my name is josh i am from toledo i am 19 and learning as i go with this project..and my never ending project is an 87 thunderbird lx. all it has had done on it before i tore it all apart was an 2.5in. h-pipe and bullet mufflers.. over the summer i pulled the motor apart threw a motorsport ecam fresh gaskets,rings,bearing,lifters,pushrods,and a set of reworked e7's with studmount harlend sharpe 1.7's,as well as a 2800 stall convertor for my aod and a 8.8 to throw in it once i break my 7.5. i gave away my speed density efi harness ,computer,fuelrails,etc.. pretty much a whole efi swap ,because i had planned to throw a carb on it and make it simple..like an idiot i have regretted giving it all away.. it would have been alot cheaper and probably would have been running now.. long story short ran out of money,heat, and daylight to do anything with it.. my garage is a cement square behind the local speedshop.. so i threw everything together just so i could push it aside for the winter.. i am picking up another car this weekend to just throw my parts on

no but i do know what car your talking about... if i had the 3grand to buy it i would.. this is one in i think jackson area it needs an airbag on the passenger side front..i had one before and love those cars
 
I almost got that 351 car. The buyer for my car backed out, then the ad disappeared when I had the cash for it.

There were 3 or 4 Marks in the junkyard about an hour north of you when i went today too!

I to have a soft spot for the 7s. I had a 91 LSC as my first car. Never got past lowering it and putting an exhaust on it before I sold it.

... have always wanted another.. this one is a great deal and looks great.. i got such a mass amount of spare parts from 5 motors an aod and a t5(all i would need is fox body pedals) so i will probably rip the bird back apart and try to pedal it
