New Ford Focus

Well, all I can say is that my info is better than your info...:finger:

You are correct that not every car on a platform gets the same stuff...you should know that if you wanted a euro-platform focus, weve been selling them here since 2003 in both mazda and volvo trim.

I can also say that you probably have less knowledge than me of what powertrains are going into each car...currently the only difference between this new focus in US and EUROPE is we dont get a diesel

And we should

And a Focus RS in "Mazda and Volvo Trim" /= Focus RS... The lack of Brembo Brakes wrapped in OZ Racing wheels proves my point

heres a pic from jalopnik of the floor at NAIAS

I am loving Ford and the new lineup of cars. Actual things that I wouldn't mind owning. It's crazy how far they have come in just the last 5 years. Yay Ford!

That one looks pretty cool, the ones from 08 and 09 are kind of garbage. A guy at my work has one and he thinks its the fastest thing in the world. I rode in it, lots of interior noise, rides like a 3/4 ton truck. This one looks much more promising though.

1.6L is the size of a soft drink, not a motor.

How all the ricer Honda Civic guys and Ford Focus guys can be friends. They both have the same size engines. I got Eco-Boost.....well I got a V-tec.....nana na na nana!!!!

No - because Civic's have 1.7's and 2.0's now. :D

I think they look sharp. Any performance variatals ala RS going to be in the States though?
