New charger scat pack. Is there a better optoin at the same price point?

They only come fully loaded. The only options for 2014 were full size spare and a sunroof. Otherwise they all have navigation/audio, heads up display, sport seats, etc etc. The SS will for sure hold its value better than its Dodge counterpart. It's still hard to get a 2009 G8 GXP for much less than $30k.

Edit: In all fairness, a new 2015 would have cost me $39k OTD, but it wasn't worth the extra money for a new car. MSRP is right around $50 before any discounts.

Wheres your basis that will hold its value than a scat pak? Maybe cause some scat paks sticker less?
 
That part is more my own opinion. The SS is priced closer to an SRT so it's a bit hard to compare since an SS vs a Scat Pack has about a $10k difference in true MSRP. I fully expect the SS to depreciate quite slowly given the history of the G8 and specifically the GXP. I know the SRT models have higher production numbers than the SS but not sure how the Scat Pack compares.
 
Correct me if I'm wrong (somebody will, it's the Internet) but I know the SS is classified as a mid size sedan. Is tha Charger a full size sedan and dimensionally a bit bigger? A few hundred pounds added weight so I'm thinking yes?
 
I agree love my charger looks and current scat looks

Loved my $33,000 sticker G8 also, not a $45,000 ss
 
Personal preference. I like the SS considerably more than the Charger. And the SS is also night and day compared to the G8. My G8 was fine but the SS is nicer in every way.
