When I bought my e46 m3 it had similar tint on the side windows, and I managed to get pulled over for it within 3 days.

Yeah I had to go cruise it around a little. I tried putting the 19X9.5 rear wheels I had sitting in the basement on this morning. Offset is way off.
Fronts were good.
Looks like I need to get some ET 45 for the rear. Can't wait to get those on there.

nice looking car. I recognize the neighborhood. And I have never heard of being able to be stopped for your rear windows. Front windows will be a gamble, most police wont harass you for just that but if you get nabbed for speeding or somthing they may tack it on. However you will eventually come across some barney with a hard on for tinted windows and he will pop you for just that.
