Sold sold sold. I can get more and any size that you need

I have a extra Amana 95% 2-stage gas furnace, it is a extra from a multi-unit job I did. It is a AMH95703BX. It is new, still in the box, if you need a LP kit that will be a extra $53.00 and I have them in stock. Listed as 95%, Amana sent out a release last month that AHRI has re certified them to 96%. 70,000 BTU's
I am in St. Johns.

That is not installed. Just picked up. Might be able to meet part way depending on what I have going on.

What size house would you say this would serve? My current one is 100,000 btu from 1979 lol. House is almost 1600sq feet.

Make sure the air flow is in the right direction first, upflow or counterflow. Most likley the old furnace is a 80% natural draft model.
100,000 x 80%= 80,000 output, I'd say the 70,000x96%=67,200 output is a little shy, have you done any additional insulating or window replacment?

When I use my furnace to heat my house it is 80,000 BTU gas furnace that is 97 percent efficient. Most of the time I heat with my heat pump to 20 degrees outside and that is 48,000 BTU's. I heat twenty five hundred square feet. I have a well insulated home too.

Very much yes. All new insulated windows 6 months ago, and blown insulation added. Plus insulating all doors and light switch casings/covers. Other misc. as well. My dad does heating and cooling for a living and we were going to put a 90 I believe in my house for about $1,000 at 100,000btu. Could have been at 80,000btu. Either way this is a good deal.
