Need tires removed from wheels

My Fiance' wants to make some type of yard art with four tires that she has. The problem is that the tires are still on the rims, and she asked a couple of shops in her area (West Bloomfield/Waterford) and they told her $15 dollars a tire just to take them off the wheels. which is a Major Rip off for 5 minutes worth of work. anyone in that area that has tire machines willing to help us out?

run over to walmart in commerce. I believe it is $6 a tire.

Several times I've has Sam's Club remove tires
from rims, they've always done it for free.

(Tires were not bought at Sam's.)
