Need some vehicle safety issue help

I bought my wife a 2013 Ram Sport in November of 2012. It currently has 26,275 miles on it most of which came in the first year when it was used as a daily commuter for my wife. It's financed, not leased and never had a late payment or missed payment. I rarely drive it as it's her around town vehicle. I drive it only when we're doing something out as a family or driving up to Michigan etc... So I really don't get much seat time in it. Over the last 2 years, this truck has been in and out of the shop quite a bit for electrical based issues. I've always had a nagging concern about the safety of the truck due to these issues, but because I don't drive it that much I don't see the problems all that often and my wife doesn't exactly report them every time they happen. Today was the final straw for me. During a 40 minute round trip I had the parking sensors turn off, the heated/air cooled seats turn on randomly. The heated steering wheel turn on randomly, and the traction control system turn off while driving. So here's my concern and my ask. How do I get Ram to take this thing back? I'm not looking for a refund of my past monies, just take it back and let me get a different vehicle. Pay off the loan balance and me not pay any negative equity. This isn't about getting rid of a truck that I can't afford or don't want because my wife loves it and paying for it isn't a problem at all. It's not like the current vehicles out have much different options either as this thing is probably as close to fully loaded as it can get. In the last 3 months alone it's been in the shop for around 3 weeks while it's getting worked on as lately I have been driving it a little more and experiencing the problems. Below are the issues I've experienced many times and have had it in the shop for.

1. Driver cluster turns off then reboots. Freaks me out when suddenly I have a black cluster in front of me and it starts it's start up graphics.
2. If you lock the vehicle from the outside using the keyless entry/lock method, it will unlock itself. It's now where I use the key fob to lock the vehicle because I can't trust it.
3. Parking sensor turns itself off and either takes about 10 minutes before it will let me turn it back on or I have to restart the truck.
4. Traction Control turns itself off and either takes about 10 minutes before it will let me turn it back on or I have to restart the truck.
5. Random electrical items turn themselves on and either takes about 10 minutes before it will let me turn it back on or I have to restart the truck.

The power train on this vehicle has been fine, and to date I've not had issues where the vehicle has turned itself off while driving or the brakes kicked in etc.. I'm fearful though that that is a very serious possibility and I have been through enough bad accidents that I don't want to go through it anymore. What do I need to do?

What does the dealer say? It sounds like they haven't figured it out yet. Problems this this suck for them because they have to go check every pin in every module in the truck. They usually do a half ass job because they don't get paid enough labor time to properly diagnose it.

The dealer I deal with has been very good at helping me along. They gave me a loaner truck while the other was in the shop (not sure if that's part of the warranty or just them taking care of a customer). I've not asked them about taking the truck back, but honestly I figured it was probably not something they would want to do (probably have to eat about 4 to 6k if not more) and that if Ram took it back, it wouldn't be a hassle for them. I also figured they would tell me that they can't and I just need to get them to work on it more. I realize that getting this stuff to repeat isn't easy and that'll play into it too. Short of them driving it daily I can't say how they can repeat it. It's not like I record the inside of the truck when I drive, so I have no evidence of a problem.

Georgia's lemon law seems to only cover the first year of a vehicle. I already looked into that.

Sounds like a bus issue. Wish you were still local I would look at it.
Next time see if they will run a scan report and give it to you

Preferably before they delete codes. They should also run a loss of comm test in witech to see if it's dropping anything. This may not show anything if it's a loose pin and only moves over bumps though
There is a a known issue with i315 that causes cluster , brake lights , audio to drop out

Dealership told me they should have taken the truck back 2000 miles ago under lemon law. they told me to open a case with Chrysler and see if they will help take the vehicle back. I'm on the phone with them now.

Will the dealership give you "payoff" on your truck if you trade it in?

My brother-in-law just went through this with Chrysler, they were no help.
He ended up trading his in on a new Subaru!

I hope you have better success.

Chrysler wants to send a tech down to supervise the work on it. I'm going to talk to the dealership. The sales person referrenced some IGC or something of the sort which was essentially a post lemon law buy back.

Chrysler=crazy electronics for years now. Multiple co-workers with grand cherokees, caravan's, dakota's, ram's etc. that seem to do whatever they want to do whenever they want to.

My Charger's been solid. Not a single problem. Only time it's been at the dealership has been for oil changes. I love the Ram, just don't want to deal with this. Seems some of the issues I'm having are somewhat common.

Brake light drop outs are clearly a safety issue.. See where you get, if nowhere, try NHTSA for anything that you would consider safety related. I don't know how backup sensors factor into safety, it's a convenience item, but you can argue that it's safety related if it's unreliable.
