Need some Prayers for my brother in Afganistan...

I got word from my sister in-law today about my brother, Harry. He was in the blast area of an IED and got hit. He has shrapnel all in his leg, luckily his flak Jacket and Kevlar saved his life. He was Evac'd to the nearest hospital and they treated his wounds. He didnt have any excessive bleeding or tissue damage however he did have a huge chunk of metal sticking into is Kevlar helmet. He wasnt wounded enough to come bad to CONUS so he'll be healing over there. A few Staff Sergeants said hes more than likely at Bahgram Airforce base getting treated. Thank God I'll be behind the wire most of the time Im over there. Please say a few prayers for him, thank you so much everyone for your time and prayers.

Wow, I hope he gets better quickly! Good to know it wasn't any worse!! My cousin just arrived in Afghanistan today. Things like this make me wanna join. Hopefully they can end this foolishness without too many injuries to our guys.
