It depends on the build quality of the car. It may be PERFECT, or it may leak, have opti issues, etc. etc. You need to see it in person and be very familiar with LT1's to make a good decision.
the thing that jumps out at me right away is that he used the GM pink rods, which are very weak. When i see one major thing half-assed, im sure there is more issues. It looks clean, but looks can be decieving.
LT1's are not that bad to work on once you learn. Mine is has no opti, coil packs, and LS1 pcm, and a lot of other one-off upgrades that make it not seem like your average junk LT1 car. There are a few LT1 cars I know of in Michigan that will run with or better than an LS car mod for mod
