Need some opinions for this race deck floor pattern

Should I use the 2x2' square pattern or the smaller 12x12" pattern?

24" x 24" IMO. 12" x 12" is too busy for me.

2x2 . even the bigger pattern will mess with your eyes after time. The small one will alot faster. I have had it for several years, next time i pull it to clean i am going to do 1 solid color with a border

I ended up going 2x2. I put a bunch of it together each way, and ended up agreeing it was too busy . I got pretty far on it tonight after I purged all the kids crap. Lol

Lol. So far it's been 10hrs since install. Put it in last night. It's really easy to assemble, and cuts easily on the band saw for corners etc. I have a lot of cuts still to do tonight.

On a side note, I know lots of people with it and none have any complaints. The only concern might be welding. I'll be throwing a welding blanket down over it.

It was $1300 to do a 23 X 23 garage.

Looks awesome! I like the color choice. Price seems great, last time I priced it out for my garage it was pretty damn high (3 car, 24' deep).

Yes. There are also some jack stand pads available that spread out the load.
