prabably a fuel pressure, a/f ratio issue. check the maf make sure it is workin correctly because i could be wrong but i think on mustangs u gatta have one to be able to tune for boost.

It was fuel pressure, the inline pump went bad so the press. was dropping off at the rails. Changed the pump and the car runs great :rockwoot:

Lidio did tune the car, the car runs great
