need some help with my water pump

i just got a pro comp electric water pump for reall cheap but no sure on which is the top and witch is the bottom .........does the inlet go on the bottom or the top.....

i installed my procomp water pump and my inlet tube is on my stock harmonic balancer..... any one got any sugestions on what to doooo....
